I was apprehensive to spend so much for a litter box, and admittedly had buyers remorse at first, but this thing is so great, all negative feelings were gone within a couple days. If you can afford the splurge, do it!

Elle est hyper pratique toujours propre nos chats l’adore et nous aussi.
Il y a un système de sécurité quand elle est en nettoyage quand un chat s’approche elle s’arrête et pour la sécurité des chats c’est top, l’application est fluide et à distance pour le nettoyage.
J’ai cassée la trappe intérieur j’ai envoyé un mail au service client ils m’ont répondu quasi dans l’heure avec une solution.
Pour le prix de la litière et la qualité du produit et du service client je suis ravie.
J’ai recommandée à mon entourage et ils sont très contents de l’achat également.

The setup was incredibly easy, you fill it up and plug it in and it runs a calibration cycle. At this point it's basically good to go, you can install the app and it takes about 1 minute to connect to your phone. The app gives you information about when the cat uses the tray as well as how long it was used for and the cats weight. It doesn't get too dirty on the inside of the drum when doing a cleaning cycle and any stuck on litter can be easily removed with a wipe down. If you experience issues with feces smearing across the drum, it may be worth switching the litter type. I use tofu cat litter which sufficiently coats the mess so it doesn't smear or get sticky. This litter tray has a deordorising feature which I assume is an internal intake fan to cycle the smell after cleaning. I have three cats and work so coming home from work was always an issue with manual trays. I'd come home and have to clean them immediately, no time to sit down and relax because of the smell. I've completely replaced three typical trays with just this one robot and my cats took to it very easily. The app is great as well and allows me to make sure it is clean from the office. It is a little large, the image is my smallest cat but it is roomy enough inside for my largest cat to fully turn around inside. I did remove the litter catcher attachment until they get used to it as they previously had open top trays. I highly recommend a product like this to any multicat household. It was a worthwhile investment for sure.
