Petsgofun Electric Litter Box & Dryer Warranty Policy

1. WARRANTY PERIOD
All Petsgofun electric cat litter boxes and pet dryers come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, starting from the delivery date (not the purchase date).

Exclusions: Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or free accessories/giveaways.

2. COVERED COMPONENTS
Covered Products & Parts:

Electric Litter Box: Motor, sensors, control panel, power adapter, rolling mechanism, sealing gaskets, frame.

Electric Pet Dryer: Heating element, fan motor, thermostat, door latch, power cord, filters, housing.

General Components: Wiring harness, batteries (if applicable), hardware (screws/nuts).

Terms:

Free replacement for defective parts (customer covers shipping costs).

Shipping damage claims require proof (photos/videos).

3. WHAT’S NOT COVERED
Normal wear & tear (e.g., filter degradation, scratches).

Improper use: Incorrect assembly, failure to clean/maintain per manual.

Physical damage: Drops, pet chewing, liquid spills, corrosion.

Unauthorized repairs or third-party modifications.

Non-Petsgofun accessories causing malfunctions.

4. CLAIM PROCESS
① Warranty Claims

Required Info:

Buyer name, order number, product model.

Detailed issue description + photo/video proof.

Email: petsgofun@gmail.com (troubleshooting suggested first).

② Shipping Damage Claims

Inspect package upon delivery; photograph any external damage before opening.

Report within 30 days of receipt.

5. NOTES
Replaced parts may need to be returned to Petsgofun.

Warranty does not override statutory consumer rights.
