Return & Refund
At Petsgofun, your satisfaction (and your pet’s tail wags) mean everything to us. If something doesn't match your expectations with your order, we’re here to make it better. For any after-sales issues, please contact us through petsgofun@gmail.com. We'll provide a solution tailored to your specific case.
1. Refund Conditions
- We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange
- Unused and in the same condition and in its original packaging that you received it
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
2. Return
When you want to return, please email us first at petsgofun@gmail.com with the following:
- Your Order number
- The reason for the return
- Take a photo or video for the damaged items for returns
And then our team will contact you once your return request is received. Please wait for confirmation before sending the product back. If your return without our confirmation, it may not be identifiable by our warehouse, which could result in a delayed or unavailable refund.
Return Shipping Fees: If the return is not due to a quality issue, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
3. Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
After our confirmation, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Exchange
Received a damaged item or a defective product? Don’t worry—we’ll gladly send a replacement. Just contact us with a photo and your order number, and we’ll take care of the rest.
5. Cancellation & Modification
Before Shipping
Order Cancellation: If you cancel the order that was placed within 2 hours, the processing fee will not be charged. If you cancel your order more than 2 hours after placing the order, 10% of the order amount will be charged as the cost of the service provider's handling fee. If you cancel an order that has entered the shipment process, 15% of the order amount will be charged as the cost of product procurement and shipping fees, the service provider's handling fee.
Change of Shipping Address: No charge fee.
Exchanges Item: No charge fee
After Shipping
Order Cancellation: If your order is shipped and cannot be modified, you may reject the package, and 20% of the order amount will be charged as a reshipping fee and processing fee.
Change of Address: If you successfully change your address, $30 will be charged as a processing fee. If you fail to change your address, you may reject the package, and 20% of the order amount will be charged as a reshipping fee and processing fee.
Exchanges Item: If you successfully exchange the item, $30 will be charged as a processing fee. If you fail to exchange the item, you may reject the package, and 20% of the order amount will be charged as a reshipping fee and processing fee.
