Processing &  Delivery Time

• Order Processing Time: 2–3 business days
• Delivery Time: 7-14 business days (depending on your location and shipping method)

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame, don’t worry—we’re here to help! Just shoot us a message at petsgofun@gmail.com , and we will sniff out the issue.

Shipping Changes

Before Shipping

Change of Address: No charge fee.

Exchanges Item: No charge fee

After Shipping

Change of Address: If you successfully change your address, $30 will be charged as a processing fee. If you fail to change your address, you may reject the package and 20% of the order amount will be charged as a reshipping fee and processing fee.

Exchanges Item: If you successfully exchange the item, $30 will be charged as a processing fee. If you fail to change, you may reject the package and 20% of the order amount will be charged as a reshipping fee and processing fee.
