Where can I get my Order Number?

Your Order Number is included in your order confirmation email — it usually looks something like #PFG10001. You’ll receive it right after you place your order (check your inbox or spam folder if you don’t see it right away).

Can i update my information after placing an order?

Uh-oh! Typ a wrong phone number or shipping address? Don't worry, If you catch it quickly, email us at petsgofun@gmail.com with the correct info. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can fix it. Once it's shipped, though, we might need to chase it down with the carrier.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a smooth and secure checkout.

Can I use more than one payment method for an order?

Currently, our system accepts only one form of payment per order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a Tracking Number included. If you can't find it, feel free to bark at us via email — we’ll sniff it out for you.

How much does shipping cost?

  • Standard Shipping is Free for all orders
  • Express Shipping is not eligible for free shipping and includes a 15.99$ shipping charge

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

How long does delivery take?

  • Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days.
  • For remote areas or international orders, please allow up to 15 business days.
  • Express option takes 3-7 business days.

My tracking says delivered, but I haven’t received anything. What do I do?

First, check around your home or building (sometimes carriers leave it in hidden spots). Still no luck? Let us know at petsgofun@gmail.com and we’ll do some detective work with the delivery team.

What if my package gets lost?

Once we confirm the package is lost, we’ll either send a free replacement or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.

If I am not satisfied with my item from Petsgofun, how do I get a refund?

At Petsgofun, your satisfaction (and your pet’s tail wags) mean everything to us. If something doesn't match your expectations with your order, we’re here to make it better. How long will it take for my refund to be processed?

Once your return is approved and inspected, your refund will be sent to your original payment method in 5–7 business days.
Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear in your account.

Who covers return shipping?

If it’s our mistake (defect or damage), we’ll cover it. If it’s a personal change, you’ll handle return shipping.

Do I need to contact you first, when i take return?

Yes, please contact us first before sending any items back. This helps us verify your return, provide the correct return address, and ensure a smooth and fast process.

Our self-cleaning box is safe for cats over 3 months old or 4 lbs. For younger kittens, we recommend using a manual litter box first.
