An automatic pet dryer box is an automatic, enclosed pet drying machine that gently dries your dog or cat after a bath or grooming session. It uses adjustable warm air, multi-directional vents, and quiet fans to keep your pet comfortable and stress-free.

Yes! Our pet dryers are designed with safety and comfort in mind. They feature low-noise motors, adjustable temperatures, and roomy interiors to help reduce anxiety and provide a calm drying experience for cats, small dogs, puppies, and other small pets.

How do I clean and maintain my pet bed?

Most beds in our collection have removable covers that machine-wash on a gentle cycle. For non-removable covers, we recommend spot cleaning with mild detergent and air-drying completely before reuse. Regular vacuuming can also help keep the bed fresh and fur-free.

What if the bed doesn’t fit or my pet doesn’t like it?

Return & Refund

At Petsgofun, your satisfaction (and your pet’s tail wags) mean everything to us. If something doesn't match your expectations with your order, we’re here to make it better. 1. Refund Conditions

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange
  • Unused and in the same condition and in its original packaging that you received it
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

2. Return

When you want to return, please email us first at petsgofun@gmail.com with the following:

  1. Your Order number
  2. The reason for the return
  3. Take a photo or video for the damaged items for returns

And then our team will contact you once your return request is received. Please wait for confirmation before sending the product back. If your return without our confirmation, it may not be identifiable by our warehouse, which could result in a delayed or unavailable refund.

Return Shipping Fees: If the return is not due to a quality issue, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

3. Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

After our confirmation, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Exchange

Received a damaged item or a defective product? Don’t worry—we’ll gladly send a replacement. Just contact us with a photo and your order number, and we’ll take care of the rest.

5. Cancellation & Modification

Before Shipping

Order Cancellation: If you cancel the order that was placed within 2 hours, the handling fee will not be charged. If you cancel your order more than 2 hours after placing the order, 15% of the order amount will be charged as the cost of the service provider's handling fee. 

The service provider's handling fee is collected by the order transaction service provider and the payment service provider.

Change of Shipping Address: No charge fee.

Exchanges Item: No charge fee

After Shipping

Order Cancellation: If your order is shipped and cannot be modified, you may reject the package, and 20% of the order amount will be charged as a reshipping fee and the service provider's handling fee.

Can I use the pet bed if my pet tends to chew or dig?

While our beds are constructed with durable materials, no bed is fully chew-proof. If your pet has strong chewing habits, we suggest choosing a model with tightly woven fabric, placing supervision during use, and considering a replacement schedule as part of regular care.

How quickly will my pet bed ship and arrive?
